Honestly, this “Mindfull or Mind Full” statement was not created by me. I found this statement when I was browsing the net. The statement came into my attention, as it was simple yet a mind-reminder for those like me –who believes in mindfulness-

The statement force me to reflect on this : We may have practice the “mindfulness”, by allocating the time to really stop, to really have a break, to rest and be connected with ourselves. However, did we try to be mindfull or mind full?

In visualization: when we are on our “mindfulness” practice, do we tidy up all of the things in the ‘desk’ so it is empty and clear, or do we let the ‘desk’ remain messy and we ended up focusing on all the things on the ‘desk’ ?

…. If the later, it means that, yes, we do make the stop, but in reality we still let our Mind being Full. As additional remark, I am excited to know that we were borne with a ‘brain network system’ that enable to come into deep thinking. This capability is within us, it is not something that we have to build. If you need help to learn how to come to “mindfulness” stage, I would love to discuss it with you. Or to have a good based of understanding first, you may take pinkidea ONLINE CLASS “Think Better, Live Better”
